Finance &amp; Admin Officer (Female)<br \/>\nLocation: Lusaka<br \/>\nReports to: Operations Manager<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n1. Financial Planning and Analysis:<br \/>\nDevelop financial projections, forecasts, and models to inform business decisions.<br \/>\nAnalyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.<br \/>\nNegotiate loan agreements, manage loan book, and ensure timely repayment.<br \/>\n2. Compliance and Risk Management:<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.<br \/>\nIdentify and mitigate financial risks, developing strategies.<br \/>\nWork closely with the Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to support business objectives.<br \/>\n3. Financial Reporting:<br \/>\nPrepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and dashboards.<br \/>\nAnalyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.<br \/>\n4. FinTech and Innovation:<br \/>\nLeverage FinTech solutions to enhance financial processes and efficiency.<br \/>\nStay updated on industry trends, innovations, and best practices.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.<br \/>\nMinimum 2 years of experience in Finance, financial analysis, or similar role.<br \/>\nA ZICA Member.<br \/>\nIn\u2013depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.<br \/>\nStrong analytical and communication skills.<br \/>\nExcellent analytical, problem\u2013solving, and decision\u2013making skills.<br \/>\n2. Loan Officers \u2013 Two positions<br \/>\nReports to: Operations Manager<br \/>\nLocation: Lusaka (01) and Solwezi (01 \u2013 Only Solwezi residents are encouraged to apply.)<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nReview and verify loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.<br \/>\nMarket and promote loan products to potential clients.<br \/>\nPrepare loan documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies.<br \/>\nConduct field visits to assess client creditworthiness and business operations.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\nDiploma in accounts, Marketing, Business, or related field.<br \/>\nProficiency in Microsoft Office programs (especially excel), marketing, IT, or a related field.<br \/>\nProficiency in financial software and FinTech solutions.<br \/>\nPrevious experience in the financial or lending field is an added advantage.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
