The ideal candidate is accurate, organized, and eager to grow within a professional accounting environment.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nCapturing and updating financial transactions in the accounting system<br \/>\nPreparing invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and supporting documentation<br \/>\nConducting bank reconciliations and assisting with petty cash management<br \/>\nFiling and maintaining accounting records in an orderly manner<br \/>\nAssisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts<br \/>\nSupporting auditors with requested documentation<br \/>\nPerforming other finance-related tasks as assigned by the Accounts Department<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Requirements<br \/>\nZICA Qualification (ZICA Certificate or pursuing ZICA) \u2013 Mandatory<br \/>\nCertificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (advantage)<br \/>\nBasic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping<br \/>\nStrong accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills<br \/>\nProficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications<br \/>\nGood communication and interpersonal skills<br \/>\nDriver\u2019s license is an added advantage<br \/>\nWhat We Offer<br \/>\nOpportunity to grow your accounting career in a structured finance environment<br \/>\nExposure to accounting systems and practical bookkeeping<br \/>\nSupportive team environment with continuous learning<br \/>\nCompetitive compensation based on experience<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
