Job Title: FMCG Sales Promoter

\nWe are looking for a highly energetic and results-driven FMCG Sales Promoter to join our sales team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), with a proven ability to promote, market, and sell products in high-traffic retail environments.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Actively promote FMCG products in supermarkets, shops, and retail outlets.
\nDrive product visibility, brand awareness, and conversion through demonstrations and customer engagement.
\nTrack, monitor, and report daily sales performance.
\nEducate customers on product features, benefits, and usage.
\nGather market feedback, competitor activities, and customer insights.
\nMaintain strong relationships with store managers and retail staff.
\nAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
\nSupport marketing activations, sampling activities, and product launches.
\nEnsure adherence to company policies, FMCG sales guidelines, and brand representation standards.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Grade 12 certificate (minimum).
\nCertificate or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field is an added advantage.
\nProven experience in FMCG sales, promotions, or merchandising is highly preferred.
\nExperience working in supermarkets or busy retail environments is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
