About the Role
\nWe are seeking a highly motivated Tyre Sales Specialist with strong experience in the automotive sector\/proven ability in truck sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building client relationships, and providing expert advice on tyre products for both light vehicles and heavy-duty trucks.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Promote and sell tyres for passenger vehicles, commercial trucks, and heavy-duty equipment.
\nProvide expert product knowledge and guidance based on client needs.
\nIdentify new sales opportunities and grow the customer base.
\nManage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with fleet companies and truck owners.
\nPrepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
\nConduct product demonstrations and site visits to client locations.
\nTrack market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences.
\nMeet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business development.
\nWork closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
\nMaintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer feedback.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Education<\/p>\n
Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
\nCertification or training in tyre technology or automotive systems is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
Experience Requirements<\/p>\n
Minimum 2\u20134 years experience in tyre sales, automotive sales, or truck parts sales.
\nProven track record in truck tyre sales or working with fleet clients.
\nStrong understanding of tyre specifications, performance features, and vehicle\/truck requirements.<\/p>\n
Key Skills & Competencies<\/p>\n
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
\nExcellent communication and customer service abilities.
\nTechnical understanding of tyre types, tread patterns, load ratings, and compatibility with vehicles\/trucks.
\nAbility to build long-term relationships with clients and fleet companies.
\nGoal-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.<\/p>\n
