\nKeda Zambia Ceramics Ltd is currently looking to recruit\u00a020 Management Trainees\u00a0for its Production Department.
\nResponsibilities:<\/p>\n
Participate in Rotational Training Programs\u00a0across production, quality control, maintenance, and operations to gain a comprehensive understanding of ceramic manufacturing processes.
\nSupport Production Activities\u00a0by assisting supervisors in monitoring daily operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards, process parameters, and product quality requirements.
\nContribute to Continuous Improvement\u00a0by identifying inefficiencies, proposing technical solutions, and supporting initiatives related to process optimization, waste reduction, and equipment performance.
\nAssist in Equipment Operation & Maintenance\u00a0through hands-on involvement with mechanical, mechatronic, and chemical process equipment used in ceramic tile production.
\nCollect and Analyze Production Data\u00a0to help track performance indicators (e.g., output, downtime, defect rates) and prepare reports for departmental managers.
\nCollaborate with Cross-Functional Teams\u00a0including engineering, quality assurance, and production planning to support smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
\nFollow Safety and Compliance Procedures\u00a0by adhering to factory safety rules, environmental regulations, and operational standards established by Twyford.
\nParticipate in Shift Operations\u00a0and demonstrate readiness to work in a factory environment, including rotating shifts and extended hours when required.
\nDevelop Leadership Skills\u00a0by assisting supervisors in coordinating teams, understanding workforce management, and preparing for potential future leadership roles within the organization.
\nEngage in Continuous Learning\u00a0through technical training, mentorship, and evaluations aimed at building expertise in ceramic manufacturing technology.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\nEducation:\u00a0Diploma\u00a0or\u00a0above
\nRelevant\u00a0majors\u00a0closely\u00a0aligned\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0position,\u00a0such\u00a0as\u00a0Mechanical,\u00a0Mechatronics,\u00a0Chemical\u00a0Engineering,\u00a0or\u00a0other\u00a0related\u00a0engineering\u00a0fields
\nWork\u00a0Experience:\u00a03\u00a0years\u00a0or\u00a0less
\nAge:\u00a0Not\u00a0older\u00a0than\u00a028
\nLanguage:\u00a0Fluent\u00a0in\u00a0English\/French
\nWillingness:\u00a0Able\u00a0to\u00a0work\u00a0in\u00a0a\u00a0factory\u00a0production\u00a0environment\u00a0and\u00a0accept\u00a0shift\u00a0work
