The role involves developing annual procurement plans, managing bidding and contract processes, ensuring compliance, and providing procurement support to all departments.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Prepare and implement the Annual Procurement Plan.<br \/>\nReview requisitions and ensure compliance with ZPPA guidelines.<br \/>\nManage bidding processes, evaluations, and procurement committee activities.<br \/>\nNegotiate with suppliers and manage contracts.<br \/>\nPrepare procurement reports and maintain accurate records.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with procurement policies and statutory requirements.<br \/>\nProvide guidance and capacity-building to user departments.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<p>Grade 12 Certificate<br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s Degree in Purchasing and Supply, MCIPS or equivalent<br \/>\nZIPS\/CIPS Membership (mandatory)<br \/>\nMinimum 3 years\u2019 experience in a similar role<br \/>\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and ZPPA e-GP system<br \/>\nStrong negotiation, communication, and report writing skills<br \/>\nValid driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
