We are a manufacturer of building and construction materials for Zambia and Southern Africa.<br \/>\nWe are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.<br \/>\nSales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we\u2019d like to meet you. Ultimately, you\u2019ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company\u2019s rapid and sustainable growth.<br \/>\nResponsibilities<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs<br \/>\n\u2022 Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media<br \/>\n\u2022 Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services<br \/>\n\u2022 Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations<br \/>\n\u2022 Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences<br \/>\n\u2022 Negotiate\/close deals and handle complaints or objections<br \/>\n\u2022 Collaborate with team members to achieve better results<br \/>\n\u2022 Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams<br \/>\nRequirements and skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role<br \/>\n\u2022 Proficiency in English<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent knowledge of MS Office<br \/>\n\u2022 Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus<br \/>\nQualifications<br \/>\n1.
