Vehicle Sales Executive X 4<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Identify, Promote and sell company vehicles to new and existing customers.<br \/>\nConduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and product presentations.<br \/>\nRecommend solutions to customers and prospects (Customer Relationship Management).<br \/>\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.<br \/>\nMaintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle models, specifications, pricing, and financing options.<br \/>\nDo market research, competitor analysis and understanding client needs<br \/>\nNegotiate sales terms and close deals to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.<br \/>\nPrepare quotations, sales agreements, and follow-up on leads.<br \/>\nMeet monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership growth.<br \/>\nBuild long-term customer relationships and provide after-sales support.<br \/>\nGather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.<br \/>\nCompiling weekly reports.<br \/>\nEnsure proper display of vehicles and maintain showroom standards.<br \/>\nKeep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<\/p>\n<p>Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.<br \/>\nA genuine interest in automobiles and the automotive industry.<br \/>\nAt least Three (3) years\u2019 work experience in vehicle sales is an added advantage.<br \/>\nStrong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.<br \/>\nAbility to work under pressure and meet targets.<br \/>\nBasic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn CRM and sales software.<br \/>\nA valid driver\u2019s licence.<\/p>\n<p>3. Parts Sales Manager (Vehicle Spare Parts) X 2<br \/>\nThe Role:\u00a0We are recruiting a highly analytical and driven\u00a0Parts Sales Manager\u00a0to oversee our vehicle spare parts department. You will be responsible for managing inventory, developing sales channels, and leading a team to maximize profitability and market penetration.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for the spare parts division.<br \/>\nManage inventory levels, procurement, and stock control to optimize turnover and minimize obsolescence.<br \/>\nLead and manage a team of parts sales representatives and counter staff.<br \/>\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients, retailers, and workshop networks.<br \/>\nAnalyze sales data to identify trends, forecast demand, and adjust strategies accordingly.<br \/>\nEnsure efficient order processing, pricing strategies, and exceptional customer service for all parts inquiries.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<\/p>\n<p>Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.<br \/>\nMinimum of 5 years of Proven experience as a Parts Sales Manager, or in a similar supervisory role within the automotive spare parts industry.<br \/>\nStrong technical knowledge of vehicle spare parts and components, and their applications. Ability to use parts catalogue software and electronic parts interchange (EPI) systems.<br \/>\nExpertise in inventory management systems, procurement and supply chain principles within an automotive context.<br \/>\nExcellent commercial and negotiation skills with a focus on profitability.<br \/>\nA natural leader with the ability to train, mentor, and inspire a technical sales team.<br \/>\nA valid driver\u2019s license is essential.<\/p>\n<p>4. Parts Sales Executive X 2<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Sell and serve customers at the parts counter, via phone, and email, providing expert advice and product recommendations<br \/>\nAssist customers to identify correct parts using catalogues and\/or systems.<br \/>\nMaintain inventory records, stock levels, and assist in ordering parts, including receiving and storing new stock.<br \/>\nProcess sales transactions, manage quotes, invoices and handle customer inquiries efficiently.<br \/>\nBuild strong relationships with trade customers (mechanics, workshops) and retail clients.<br \/>\nProvide professional advice on parts, pricing, and availability.<br \/>\nAchieve monthly parts sales targets and support warehouse management.<br \/>\nEnsure proper display and arrangement of parts in the parts department.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<\/p>\n<p>Certificate or Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical, Parts management, or related field.<br \/>\nMinimum of 3three (3) previous experience in an automotive parts sales or automotive environment is preferred.<br \/>\nExcellent customer service skills with the patience and ability to assist both technical and non-technical customers.<br \/>\nStrong customer service and communication skills.<br \/>\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.<br \/>\nStrong mechanical knowledge and the ability to identify parts based on vehicle make, model, and VIN numbers.
