If you enjoy solving problems, working with numbers, and breaking down complex concepts for clients, this might be your next big move.<br \/>\nResponsibilities<br \/>\n\u00b7 Review working papers, benchmarking outputs, functional analyses, and draft documentation prepared by junior team members.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Ensure technical accuracy, logical consistency, and alignment with firm methodologies and regulatory standards.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Support transfer pricing controversy work, including preparing audit defence files, drafting technical arguments, coordinating responses to tax authority queries, and participating in negotiation or settlement discussions.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Deliver internal and client-facing training sessions on transfer pricing concepts, risk areas, compliance obligations, and emerging regulatory developments.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Mentor, supervise, and develop junior staff through coaching, technical guidance, and review of deliverables.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Manage workflow and resources for assigned projects, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Assist the Senior Manager in planning, coordinating, and managing engagement workflows and timelines.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Participate in thought leadership initiatives (tax alerts, presentations, training materials, etc.).<br \/>\n\u00b7 Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day client communication, ensuring timely responses and professional engagement.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust, technical competence, and reliability<br \/>\n\u00b7 Stay current with developments in international tax, Pillar Two, and cross-border structuring that impact transfer pricing.<br \/>\nRequirements<br \/>\n\u00b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field.<br \/>\n\u00b7 2\u20135 years of experience in transfer pricing, international tax, or economic advisory.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Solid understanding of transfer pricing principles, OECD guidelines, and local regulations.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Experience with functional analyses, benchmarking, economic modelling, and report preparation.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Familiarity with financial databases (e.g., Orbis, TP Catalyst, RoyaltyRange) is an advantage.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Strong numerical and analytical capability with the ability to interpret financial statements.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Ability to manage multiple engagements and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.<br \/>\n\u00b7 High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Familiarity with technology-enabled tax tools or data analytics is a plus.<br \/>\nRequired Skills<br \/>\n\u00b7 Strong Analytical Skills<br \/>\n\u00b7 Attention to Detail<br \/>\n\u00b7 Communication &amp; Interpersonal Skills<br \/>\n\u00b7 Knowledge of Transfer Pricing &amp; Tax Regulations<br \/>\n\u00b7 Time Management &amp; Prioritisation<br \/>\n\u00b7 Critical Thinking &amp; Commercial Awareness<br \/>\n\u00b7 Research Skills<br \/>\n\u00b7 Report Writing<br \/>\n\u00b7 Coaching &amp; Team Leadership<br \/>\nAll applications should be sent not later than 5 December 2025.
