The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling Varian Medical Systems\u2019 innovative products and solutions to healthcare providers. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u2013 Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.<br \/>\n\u2013 Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including oncologists, radiologists, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals.<br \/>\n\u2013 Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of Varian Medical Systems\u2019 products.<br \/>\n\u2013 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.<br \/>\n\u2013 Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.<br \/>\n\u2013 Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to the management team.<br \/>\n\u2013 Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and promote Varian Medical Systems\u2019 products.<br \/>\n\u2013 Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.<br \/>\nQualifications:<br \/>\n\u2013 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.<br \/>\n\u2013 At least 6 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in oncology or radiology.<br \/>\n\u2013 Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.<br \/>\n\u2013 Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the buying process for medical devices.<br \/>\n\u2013 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.<br \/>\n\u2013 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.<br \/>\n\u2013 Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.<br \/>\n\u2013 Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.<br \/>\n**Preferred Qualifications:**<br \/>\n\u2013 Experience with radiation therapy equipment or related medical devices.<br \/>\n\u2013 Existing relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nWho we are: We are a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
