\nThe Plant Fitter\u00a0is responsible for all plant fitting works and plumbing within the Oil Mill.
\n3.0 Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
KEY RESULT AREAS<\/p>\n
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES(DUTIES)<\/p>\n
Operations Management<\/p>\n
Attending to all mechanically related machinery problems in the Milling Plant<\/p>\n
Responsible for attending to machine breakdowns in the Milling Plant<\/p>\n
Attending to all plumbing works in the Milling Plant<\/p>\n
Lubrication of all rotating machine parts in the Milling Plant<\/p>\n
Coordinating the Loading of CPO to customers<\/p>\n
Keeping record of all machine breakdowns, machines repaired and machines due for planned maintenance<\/p>\n
Housing Keeping of the Oil Milling Plant<\/p>\n
Team Leadership<\/p>\n
Work with a team of permanent and\u00a0temporal staff, fostering a culture of safety, ethics, and performance.<\/p>\n
maintains all plant machinery in working condition<\/p>\n
4.0 Reporting Relationships
\nReports to:\u00a0Oil Mill Superintendent
\n4.1 Number and Level of Immediate Subordinates<\/p>\n
5.0 Knowledge and Skill Levels<\/p>\n
Minimum Primary\/ Secondary Education:<\/p>\n
Full\u00a0Grade 12 GCE O\u2019Level Certificate or GCSE<\/p>\n
Minimum Vocational\/Professional Qualifications<\/p>\n
\u2022\u00a0Degree in Mechanical Engineering.<\/p>\n
Certifications:<\/p>\n
Member of the ZIE<\/p>\n
Minimum Relevant Work Experience.<\/p>\n
\u2022\u00a0minimum of\u00a05\u00a0years\u2019 work experience in a processing industry or equivalent institution.<\/p>\n
Proven track record di-assembling and assembling of machinery.<\/p>\n
Knowledge of the Palm Oil Industry will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
