\nWe are therefore inviting applications to fill the following vacant position:
\nPosition: Driver Salesman (Commission based)
\nLocation: Lusaka
\nContract: One Year(1Year) Renewal based on performance.
\nReporting to the Sales Representative, the successful candidates will be accountable for the following:<\/p>\n
Meeting sales targets by actively promoting and upselling products.
\nProvides information on sales forecast for designated route.
\nEnsures loading of quantities that meets the demands of the route serviced.
\nEnsure that cash is always kept safely.
\nCash sales balancing with stock sold and balance back (returns).
\nAdequate servicing of route be delivering beer at the customers convenience
\nReduced or no losses of beer.
\nCrates collection from the Market.
\nCash sales reconciling with stock sold and balance.
\nReturnable empties reconciling with the due refundable deposit. Returnable inspected to ensure re-usability before payment of refundable deposit.
\nVehicle is driven safely and in full compliance with traffic regulations and company safety standards.
\nTimely delivery of products according to the designated route and schedule.
\nZero preventable accidents, Vehicle damages, or traffic violations recorded, and basic vehicle repair knowledge.<\/p>\n
The job is particularly suitable for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements and possess the following attributes.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Has authority to represent NB externally as a sales person
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Has authority to communicate with consumers\/customers on beer quality queries and to report such queries to management for attention.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Has authority to investigate and identify potential market areas.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Has authority to plan, recommend route sales target.
\nEDUCATION\/QUALIFICATION<\/p>\n
Grade 12 Certificate
\nCertificate in Sales\/Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
\nNo previous Criminal records.
\nArithmetic ability
\nValid Defensive driver\u2019s certificate
\nCE valid driver\u2019s license or better
\n3 years minimum driving and experience
\nPSV is an added advantage.
\nAbility to communicate well, customer centric and should have a clean record.
\nTeam player
\nAbility to adhere to instructions, with minimum supervision and hard work
\nSober mind, self-starter physically fit and honest<\/p>\n
