\nNanga Farms Limited is a large, irrigated sugarcane estate situated 25Km Northeast of Mazabuka in the Southern Province of Zambia.\u00a0The company is part of the ABF Sugar Group, and its main activities are the cultivation of 2,860 hectares of sugarcane and the rearing of 1,400 head of cattle.\u00a0The Company now invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of:
\nLDV Driver X2 \u2013 (B2)
\nSeasonal Role Reporting to \u2013\u00a0Transport Workshop Foreman
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during transportation
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure that the Vehicle is clean and refueled all the time
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Transport goods and passengers to designated locations safely and on time.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0To ensure that the Vehicle is road worthy at all times.
\nKnowledge & Skills Required
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ability to detect a fault and report immediately
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Time Management
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Attention to detail
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Knowledge of Safety regulations and practices
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
Grade (9) or twelve (12) School Certificate.
\nMinimum of Class C 1 Driver\u2019s License.
\nMinimum of (2) two -years\u2019 experience in a similar position.
\nGood interpersonal skills, personal Organization as well as high level integrity.
\nShould be 18 years and above.<\/p>\n
