The Company offers opportunities for all to learn develop and grow, whilst offering challenging career opportunities for lateral or vertical advancement.<br \/>\nWe are therefore inviting applications to fill the following vacant position:<br \/>\nPosition: Team Leader \u2013 Brewing<br \/>\nLocation: NDOLA<br \/>\nContract: INTERNSHIP<br \/>\nReporting to the Production Manager, the successful candidates will be accountable for the following:<br \/>\no\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Executing effective production planning and implementation.<br \/>\no\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensuring 100% availability of raw materials. Physical stock counting of all brewing raw materials.<br \/>\no\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Documenting all brewing processes and stock movement timeously and accurately.<br \/>\no\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Generating of accurate and timely daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.<br \/>\no\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Conducting process checks for every brew.<br \/>\no\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensuring 100% availability of good quality product.<br \/>\no\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Effective utilities management to ensure optimum usage of all utilities.<br \/>\no\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Effective management of brewing team with sound industrial relations.<br \/>\no\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Continual improvement of brewing section technical audit scores.<br \/>\no\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Achieving profitability measures through adhering to cost control measures.<br \/>\no\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Adherence to SHEQ and Manufacturing Improvement systems.<br \/>\no\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Management in the planning and implementation of Food safe brewing practices for the production of Sorghum Beer in the right quantity and quality consistently.<br \/>\no\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Maintenance and improvement of internal Manufacturing and Technical Systems for the production of quality Sorghum beer consistently.<br \/>\no\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Implementation of sound human resources management practices in line with the conditions of service and the country\u2019s labour laws.<br \/>\no\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Maintain a safe working environment that does not violate the Safety, Health and Environment Policy of the organization.<br \/>\nThe job is particularly suitable for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements and possess the following attributes.<br \/>\no\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Grade 12 Certificate<br \/>\no\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Bsc Degree in Applied Sciences, Biochemistry, Food Science or equivalent.<br \/>\no\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Good interpersonal skills and team player<br \/>\no\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Knowledge of SAP is added advantage.<br \/>\no\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Effective communicator, Sober minded, hardworking, and problem-solving skills<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
