This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong communication and organizational skills, capable of managing front office operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting daily school administrative functions.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage day-to-day financial operations, including school accounts, expense recording, and processing financial transactions.<br \/>\n\u2022 Update and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure proper documentation, filing, and safekeeping of all financial records and receipts.<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor and track all school in-and-out expenses.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist with front office duties such as answering phone calls, receiving visitors, and handling administrative tasks.<br \/>\n\u2022 Operate and maintain office equipment, including computers, printers, and photocopiers.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Skills:<br \/>\n\u2022 Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and accounting software.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent oral and written communication skills.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to operate and maintain common office equipment.<br \/>\n\u2022 Must be a self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision.<br \/>\n\u2022 Minimum age: 21 years.<br \/>\n\u2022 Kabwe-based candidates are strongly preferred.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
