We are looking for educators who are committed to fostering Christian values and providing academic excellence. Teachers will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students from Baby Class through Grade 7 in an environment that nurtures both academic growth and spiritual development.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u2022 Deliver lessons that integrate Christian values and academic rigor.<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop engaging and inclusive lesson plans tailored to the needs of students.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assess students\u2019 progress and provide regular feedback to parents and school leadership.<br \/>\n\u2022 Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment.<br \/>\n\u2022 Actively promote discipline, respect, and Christian teachings within the school community.<br \/>\n\u2022 Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Skills:<br \/>\n\u2022 Proven experience in teaching Baby Class through Grade 7.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.<br \/>\n\u2022 Passion for Christian values and a commitment to promoting them in the classroom.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.<br \/>\n\u2022 TCZ (Teaching Council of Zambia) registration is required.<br \/>\n\u2022 Teaching license is an added advantage.<br \/>\n\u2022 G12 O Levels with a minimum of Credit in 5 subjects, including English, Math, Science, and any other two subjects.<br \/>\n\u2022 Diploma or Early Childhood Education (ECE) qualification is required.<br \/>\n\u2022 Kabwe-based candidates are preferred for Excellence Christian Academy, and Kapiri Mposhi-based candidates are preferred for Spring of Love School.<br \/>\n\u2022 Willingness to work in a Christian school environment is essential.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
