\nKey Requirements:<\/p>\n
Proven experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen.
\nAbility to prepare\u00a0Zambian local dishes,\u00a0Indian cuisine, and a wide variety of continental meals.
\nStrong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen safety, and menu planning.
\nAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
\nCreativity, attention to detail, and high standards of food presentation.
\nGood communication and teamwork skills.<\/p>\n

Prepare high-quality meals according to the Masenga Farms standard.
\nManage the kitchen, stock levels, and overall hygiene.
\nAssist with menu development and special events (braais, buffets, group bookings).
\nEnsure consistency, freshness, and excellent food service for all guests.
\nSupport junior kitchen staff and maintain a professional work environment.<\/p>\n
