We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to lead our operations, drive performance, and achieve sustainable business growth.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u2756 Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the company\u2019s operations, sales, aftersales, parts, and administration departments.<br \/>\n\u2756 Develop and implement business strategies, budgets, and performance targets aligned with company objectives.<br \/>\n\u2756 Lead and motivate departmental teams to achieve sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction goals.<br \/>\n\u2756 Ensure effective management of vehicle sales, workshop operations, and parts supply chain.<br \/>\n\u2756 Analyse market trends and opportunities to enhance business profitability.<br \/>\n\u2756 Strengthen customer relationships and ensure high service standards across all departments.<br \/>\n\u2756 Oversee financial performance, cost control, and reporting.<br \/>\n\u2756 Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards.<br \/>\n\u2756 Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.<br \/>\n\u2756 Represent the company at corporate, industry, and stakeholder events.<br \/>\nAdvertise in Zambia<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Experience:<br \/>\n\u2756 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, Sales &amp; Marketing, or related field (Master\u2019s Degree is an added advantage).<br \/>\n\u2756 Minimum 7\u201310 years experience in the automotive\/motor industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.<br \/>\n\u2756 Zimbabwean Nationals are also encouraged to apply.
