About the Role
\nSankhulani Services Limited is recruiting a highly motivated and results-oriented\u00a0Product Sales Manager\u00a0to oversee field operations for a major national Agency Banking project. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, hands-on field experience, and a deep understanding of agent recruitment, onboarding, and performance management within the fintech, mobile money, or banking sectors.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Lead and coordinate nationwide field operations for agent recruitment, onboarding, training, and activation.
\nSupervise regional supervisors, TDRs, and support teams to ensure achievement of daily and monthly targets.
\nConduct field quality checks, verify agent KYC compliance, and monitor productivity.
\nPrepare and submit weekly dashboards and monthly performance reports.
\nFacilitate training sessions and ensure compliance with operational guidelines and fraud controls.
\nResolve field challenges, escalate complex issues, and ensure high activation and activity rates.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Banking, or a related field.
\nMinimum\u00a03 years of experience\u00a0in field operations, fintech, mobile money, or banking.
\nExperience managing large field teams is essential.
\nStrong understanding of KYC, onboarding procedures, compliance, and field operations.
\nExcellent reporting, communication, and analytical skills.
\nAbility to work under pressure.
\nMembership or eligibility for membership with a professional body such as the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM) will be an added advantage.
