\n\u201cWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic\u00a0Senior Fleet Manager\u00a0to oversee the operations, maintenance, and management of our fleet. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal fleet performance, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective operations.\u201d
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Oversee daily fleet operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
\nDevelop and implement fleet management strategies, policies, and procedures.
\nMonitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
\nManage fleet budgeting, procurement, and cost control initiatives.
\nLead, mentor, and develop the fleet management team.
\nAnalyze fleet performance metrics and provide reports to senior management.<\/p>\n
Required Skills & Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Proven experience in fleet management or logistics management (4+ years).
\nStrong leadership and team management abilities.
\nStrong knowledge in SAP transportation management.
\nIn-depth knowledge of vehicle maintenance, procurement, and fleet optimization.
\nExcellent budgeting, analytical, and organizational skills.
\nFamiliarity with fleet management software and reporting tools.
\nRelevant certifications (e.g., transport management, logistics, or safety) are a plus.<\/p>\n
