We are seeking to employ a self- motivated\u00a0Legal Intern for an initial period of six (6) months.<br \/>\nPrimary Responsibilities and Duties<\/p>\n<p>Drafting legal correspondence with Stakeholders including preparation of pleadings, contracts, and memoranda.<br \/>\nAbility to negotiate contracts and resolve disputes<br \/>\nKnowledge in real estate and construction is an added advantage.<br \/>\nBias in corporate law and conveyancing law<br \/>\nInter-departmental liaison and advisory<br \/>\nMaintain calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely filings.<br \/>\nHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>Diploma in Legal Studies or related field. Degree is an added advantage<br \/>\nMinimum 1 year of experience in legal department handling complex or high-volume matters.<br \/>\nExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.<br \/>\nStrong written and verbal communication abilities.<br \/>\nAbility to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
