The ideal candidate should be able to carry out plumbing installations, maintenance, and repair works on various construction projects while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitation fixtures.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Conduct routine inspections to identify plumbing issues and recommend corrective action.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Install plumbing fittings such as sinks, taps, toilets, showers, valves, and pipes.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Troubleshoot plumbing systems and diagnose faults accurately.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all plumbing works.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Collaborate with site engineers, supervisors, and other team members to complete projects on time.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Prepare reports on completed work and materials used.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Requirements<br \/>\nCraft Certificate in Plumbing from a recognized institution.<br \/>\nMinimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in plumbing works (construction experience is an added advantage).<br \/>\nAbility to work with minimal supervision.<br \/>\nGood understanding of safety procedures on construction sites.<br \/>\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.<br \/>\nPhysically fit and willing to work on active construction sites.<br \/>\nSuccessful candidate should be available to start as soon as possible<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
