We are looking for a highly motivated\u00a0Field Loan Officer\u00a0to join our growing microfinance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for\u00a0client acquisition, loan assessments, collections, and portfolio quality management. This is a field-based role that requires strong sales drive, integrity, and excellent customer engagement skills.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Actively prospect, recruit, and onboard new clients.
\nConduct field assessments, business analyses, and credit evaluations.
\nPrepare complete and accurate loan application files for approval.
\nManage repayments, follow up on overdue accounts, and maintain a healthy PAR.
\nConduct client visits, monitoring, and relationship management.
\nAchieve monthly sales, disbursement, and portfolio targets.
\nMarket company products and represent the company professionally in the field.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Banking, Finance, or related field (advantageous).
\nExperience in microfinance, sales, or fieldwork is a strong advantage.
\nAbility to meet sales targets and handle field pressure.
\nStrong communication and people skills.
\nHigh level of integrity and accountability.
\nMust be comfortable working in high-density communities and market areas.
\nAbility to ride a motorbike is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
