The Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that support the company\u2019s ICT products and services. This role involves working on both frontend and backend components, integrating systems, and contributing to the delivery of secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for clean code, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nSoftware Development<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain web, mobile and desktop applications using modern frameworks and languages.
\nWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to company standards.
\nBuild and consume APIs for system integration and third-party services.
\nParticipate in UI\/UX implementation and ensure responsive, user-friendly interfaces.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Lifecycle & Process Participation<\/p>\n
Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
\nUse version control systems (e.g., Git) and follow branching strategies.
\nSupport CI\/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
\nMaintain and update technical documentation for codebases and APIs.<\/p>\n
Security & Quality Assurance<\/p>\n
Follow secure coding practices and data protection guidelines.
\nImplement basic RBAC, logging, and error-handling mechanisms.
\nCollaborate with QA engineers to define test cases and resolve bugs.<\/p>\n
Team Collaboration<\/p>\n
Work closely with senior engineers to understand architectural decisions and project goals.
\nCommunicate effectively with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
\nParticipate in peer code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
\n2\u20134 years of experience in software development.
\nProficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python, JavaScript).
\nExperience with frontend frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React) and backend technologies (.NET Core, Spring Boot, Node.js).
\nFamiliarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and RESTful APIs.
\nExposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization is a plus.
\nExperience in developing Apps.<\/p>\n
