\nWe are looking for a strategic marketing partner to help us increase visibility, attract qualified leads, and communicate the value of our HR consulting services. The ideal agency should bring creativity, data-driven thinking, and strong experience in branding and digital marketing for service-based businesses.
\nScope of Work
\n1. Branding & Positioning<\/p>\n
Refine our brand identity, messaging, and visual presence
\nDevelop a value proposition that resonates with HR and business leaders
\nConduct competitive and market analysis within HR consulting<\/p>\n
2. Digital Marketing<\/p>\n
Improve website performance, SEO, and user experience
\nManage social media platforms (LinkedIn priority)
\nCreate and execute digital ad campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.)<\/p>\n
3. Content Marketing<\/p>\n
Create HR-focused content: blogs, case studies, whitepapers, thought leadership pieces
\nDevelop email marketing campaigns and newsletters
\nProduce social media posts and graphics aligned with brand voice<\/p>\n
4. Lead Generation & Funnels<\/p>\n
Build targeted lead generation campaigns
\nCreate landing pages, conversion funnels, and automation workflows
\nIntegrate strategy with CRM or marketing automation tools<\/p>\n
5. Analytics & Reporting<\/p>\n
Provide monthly performance dashboards
\nTrack KPIs such as website traffic, lead conversions, and campaign ROI
\nOffer ongoing recommendations to improve outcomes<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Proven experience working with HR consulting, professional services, or B2B firms
\nStrong portfolio with measurable results
\nAbility to manage both strategy and execution
\nExcellent communication and project management skills
\nTransparent pricing and clear deliverables<\/p>\n
