The role requires strong backend engineering expertise supported by hands-on cloud and automation experience.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Develop scalable backend services using Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and related MERN frameworks.<br \/>\nBuild, automate, and maintain CI\/CD pipelines for continuous integration, deployment, and rollback.<br \/>\nManage cloud infrastructure on AWS, including EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, and related services.<br \/>\nEnsure system reliability, security hardening, performance tuning, and load optimisation.<br \/>\nDetect, troubleshoot, and resolve application and infrastructure issues quickly.<br \/>\nImplement server-side logic, APIs, data structures, and secure integrations.<br \/>\nCollaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product teams for seamless feature deployment.<br \/>\nDeploy and maintain production-grade applications, ensuring minimal downtime.<br \/>\nMaintain Git repositories, branching strategies, and version control best practices.<br \/>\nEnsure proper documentation of infrastructure, processes, and codebase.<\/p>\n<p>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline from a credible institution.<br \/>\nExpertise in Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and backend architecture.<br \/>\nAt least 1 year hands-on experience with CI\/CD automation and AWS cloud environments.<br \/>\nSolid understanding of containerization, virtualization, and DevOps principles.<br \/>\nKnowledge of Git workflow, API design, system security, and performance tuning.<br \/>\nExperience working with scalable, production-level systems.<\/p>\n<p>Key Competencies<\/p>\n<p>Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.<br \/>\nAttention to detail and adherence to best coding practices.<br \/>\nAbility to work in fast-paced, agile environments.<br \/>\nStrong documentation and communication skills.<br \/>\nHigh ownership, discipline, and independent decision-making capability.<\/p>\n<p>2.Graphic Designer &amp; Social Media Manager<br \/>\nRole Purpose<br \/>\nThis role combines creative design expertise with strategic social media management. The Graphic Designer &amp; Social Media Manager is responsible for producing high-quality visual content and managing company social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and market positioning.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Design marketing materials including flyers, posters, social media graphics, brochures, company profiles, receipt books, and digital content.<br \/>\nDevelop brand-aligned visual assets for campaigns, internal communications, and promotional activities.<br \/>\nCreate, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).<br \/>\nMonitor online engagement, respond professionally to queries, and grow follower communities.<br \/>\nMaintain brand identity and ensure consistency across all digital and printed materials.<br \/>\nProduce multimedia content (short videos, motion graphics, animations) using Adobe After Effects where applicable.<br \/>\nAnalyse social media metrics to optimise content performance and adjust strategy.<br \/>\nCollaborate with the marketing and sales teams on campaigns and product launches.<br \/>\nMaintain an organised digital asset library and ensure all artwork is backed up and accessible.<br \/>\nEnsure all designs meet technical specifications for both print and digital environments.<\/p>\n<p>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<p>Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio.<br \/>\nProficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).<br \/>\nExperience managing corporate social media pages and content calendars.<br \/>\nKnowledge of brand development, layout principles, and visual communication.<br \/>\nDiploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field is an advantage.<\/p>\n<p>Key Competencies<\/p>\n<p>Strong creativity with high attention to visual detail.<br \/>\nAbility to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.<br \/>\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\nCritical thinking and ability to translate business requirements into visual concepts.<br \/>\nHigh discipline, consistency, and ownership of deliverables.<\/p>\n<p>3.Senior Sales Executive\u00a0<br \/>\nRole Purpose<br \/>\nThe Senior Sales Executive\/Closer is responsible for driving revenue growth through targeted B2B acquisition, lead warming, prospect nurturing, and independent deal closure.
