ZLA in partnership with Paralegal Alliance Network (PAN) and Transparency International Zambia (TI-Z) will be implementing a three (3) project funded by the European Union (EU). The project, titled \u2018Strengthening the Role of CSOs and Citizens in Promoting Good Land Governance,\u2019 will be implemented in the North-western Province (Kalumbila and Mufumbwe districts), Central Province (Mkushi and Serenje districts), and Luapula Province (Mansa and Kawambwa districts). ZLA is therefore soliciting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to take up three positions of\u00a0Provincial Project Coordinator (PPC),\u00a0reporting to the\u00a0Project Manager.\u00a0The PPCwill be based in Mansa, Serenje, or Solwezi districts, with frequent travel to project target districts in the respective provinces.<br \/>\n1. Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Develop and maintain positive relationships with relevant district and provincial stakeholders.<br \/>\nProvide technical support to district project staff and district CSOs in the implementation of project activities.<br \/>\nParticipate in policy advocacy and lobbying efforts at the district and provincial levels.<br \/>\nDevelop and manage detailed project plans, including deliverables, \u00a0budgets and work plans at the provincial level.<br \/>\nTrack project progress and serve as the main point of contact for project updates at provincial level, ensuring delivery to agreed quality, cost, and time standards.<br \/>\nSupport provincial-level learning and adaptive project management through evidence and feedback.<br \/>\nSubmit provincial financial and narrative reports to the Project Manager.<br \/>\nEnsure integrity, transparency and compliance with ZLA and EU guidelines at the provincial level.<br \/>\nUndertake monitoring and support visits to target districts.<br \/>\nIdentify and support fundraising efforts for scaling up\/extension.<\/p>\n<p>2. Skills, Qualifications and Experience<br \/>\nA suitable candidate for this position must possess the following qualifications and experience:<\/p>\n<p>A university degree in Environmental management, Environmental law, project management, development studies or its equivalent.<br \/>\nA minimum of five (5) \u00a0years\u2019 experience in project management, preferably environmental or land rights-related projects.<br \/>\nExperience in capacity development for CSOs.<br \/>\nHigh degree of initiative, flexibility and creativity<br \/>\nWillingness to travel outside duty station<br \/>\nExperience working with the private sector and government partners (preferred).<br \/>\nExceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.<br \/>\nExperience in managing multi-district projects.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
