As Sales and Marketing Executive, you will closely collaborate with the Sales Manager\u00a0to complete various tasks aimed at enhancing our client relationships, supporting sales activities, and ensuring smooth day to day operations.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Work closely with the sales manager or assigned staff with all tasks and client-related activities.
\nDrive sale growth through effective selling techniques for both existing and new business clients.
\nTo handle incoming inquiries for our services and products.
\nAttend meetings, workshops, exhibitions and events related to sales.
\nLiaise with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company.
\nTimely, efficient and successful conversion of client enquiries and quotations into confirmed orders to increase sales volumes.
\nMeet with Clients to ascertain marketing goals.
\nReviewing client sales performance against sales targets.
\nProvide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Certificate or diploma in sales\/ marketing.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Sales or marketing experience in the IT space will be an added advantage.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Excellent Organizational and Computer Skill (Microsoft Office tools).
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Resilient under pressure.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.
