Reporting to the\u00a0Maintenance Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating advanced training programs for heavy equipment operators, technicians, and engineering support staff.
\n\u00a0
\nYour duties will include but are not limited to the following:
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Develop and update training curricula, lesson plans, manuals, and assessments for heavy equipment engineering
\nEnsure content meets industry standards, OEM specifications, and regulatory requirements
\nCreate practical training modules, simulations, and troubleshooting exercises
\nConduct theoretical and practical training for various heavy equipment categories (e.g., excavators, graders, loaders, haul trucks, drilling rigs).
\nLead advanced-level sessions on diagnostics, maintenance, repair procedures, and operational safety
\nMentor junior trainers, providing coaching and technical support.
\nConduct competency evaluations, skills verification, and performance assessments.
\nMaintain accurate training records within the Learning Management System (LMS).
\nRecommend certification or re-training based on assessment outcomes<\/p>\n

\n\u00a0To be considered for the position, you must meet the following requirements:
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Grade 12 Full Certificate
\nDiploma in Teaching Methodology, Certificate IV in Training\/Assessor or equivalent.
\nDiploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, or related field.
\nMinimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment operations, maintenance, or engineering.
\nAt least 3 years in a training, coaching, or technical supervisory role.<\/p>\n
