We are looking for a dedicated and proactive\u00a0Human Resource Officer\u00a0to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff matters, resolving workplace challenges, and ensuring smooth operations within the company.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Manage day-to-day staff issues, attendance, and discipline.
\nHandle employee emergencies and provide timely support.
\nLead recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and selecting suitable candidates.
\nMaintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
\nSettle internal and external staff-related matters professionally.
\nAssist management in creating a productive and positive work environment.
\nLiaise with external bodies when required (labour office, community leaders, etc.).
\nSupport HR planning, onboarding, and staff welfare activities.<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications & Skills<\/p>\n
Diploma or Degree in\u00a0Human Resource Management,\u00a0Business Administration, or related field.
\nMember of\u00a0ZIHRM\u00a0(or willing to register).
\nMinimum\u00a05 years experience\u00a0in a similar HR role.
\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
\nAbility to work independently, handle pressure, and manage emergencies.
\nHigh level of integrity and professionalism.<\/p>\n
