{"id":6824,"date":"2025-12-17T18:02:27","date_gmt":"2025-12-17T18:02:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/sage-evolution-project-clerk-real-estate-at-national-pension-scheme-authority-napsa\/"},"modified":"2026-03-23T00:14:15","modified_gmt":"2026-03-23T00:14:15","slug":"sage-evolution-project-clerk-real-estate-at-national-pension-scheme-authority-napsa","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=6824","title":{"rendered":"Sage Evolution Project Clerk \u2013 Real Estate at National Pension Scheme Authority \u2013 NAPSA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>NC 06 \u2013 Sage Evolution Project Clerk \u2013 Real Estate (One Year Contract) (2) ( Contract)<br \/>\nLocation: Lusaka Province<br \/>\nClosing Date: December 30, 2025<br \/>\nJob Description<br \/>\nSage Evolution Project Clerk \u2013 Real Estate responsibility is to carry out property management system data clean-up and migration for the Authority\u2019s tenants accounts across the country, including the Levy and ECL Business Parks.Career counseling service<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nReconcile debtors for all the commercial buildings and the shopping malls<br \/>\nValidate tenant statements that will be sent to tenants for debtors confirmations<br \/>\nAudit the tenants physically in the buildings to align with the records.<br \/>\nReview and confirm that all the rented space has a unique reference e.g. shop number that will be used as a key field in Sage Evolution at the point of creating accounts<br \/>\nEnsure that the information fed into the new system is accurate and correct<br \/>\nMaintain a filing system of all Real Estate and investment transactions to ensure easy reference, retrieval, accountability.<br \/>\nMaintain a record of investment receipts and payments and prepare documentation to ensure that property transactions are timely undertaken.<br \/>\nPrepare payment vouchers in order to refund tenants for utilised rentals, security deposits at end of lease period.<br \/>\nMaintain filing system of all property managers, tenants and lease agreement records to ensure easy retrieval and reference.<br \/>\nPrepare quarterly rental reports, property expenditure and debtors aged analysis to ensure timely collection of rentals and decision making.<br \/>\nPrepare monthly rental income, capital and revenue expenditure schedules per property to ensure that they are up to date.<br \/>\nMaintenance of rental debtors\u2019 records, issuance of rental invoices, tenant statement of accounts, reconciliation of rent debtor\u2019s ledgers, and maintenance of lease records.<br \/>\nMinimum Qualifications<br \/>\nGrade 12 Certificate with 5 \u2018O\u2019 levels with Credit or better including English and Mathematics<br \/>\nMinimum of Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Studies or Equivalent.<br \/>\nMinimum Experience Required<br \/>\nNot less than two (2) years of experience in the provision of clerical support in investment operations in an organisation of similar size of investment operations.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
