{"id":6825,"date":"2025-12-17T18:02:27","date_gmt":"2025-12-17T18:02:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/assistant-information-systems-auditor-at-national-pension-scheme-authority-napsa\/"},"modified":"2026-03-03T00:14:12","modified_gmt":"2026-03-03T00:14:12","slug":"assistant-information-systems-auditor-at-national-pension-scheme-authority-napsa","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=6825","title":{"rendered":"Assistant Information Systems Auditor at National Pension Scheme Authority \u2013 NAPSA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>NPS 05 \u2013 Assistant Information Systems Auditor (1) ( Permanent &amp; Pensionable)<br \/>\nLocation: Lusaka Province<br \/>\nClosing Date: December 30, 2025<br \/>\nJob Description<br \/>\nTo assist in reviewing internal IT controls, evaluate the design and operational effectiveness, determine exposure to risk, and develop remediation strategies.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nDevelop a strong understanding of NAPSA business and system processes.<br \/>\nPlan internal audit procedures to be applied on ICT reviews.<br \/>\nReview, evaluate, and test NAPSA ICT systems application controls.<br \/>\nPrepare audit findings and ensure adequate documentation exists to support all the completed audits and conclusions.<br \/>\nPrepare audit reports that reflect ICT audit results for review and presentation to management, and ensure the whole process is documented.<br \/>\nProvide recommendations and guidance on identified ICT security and control risks.<br \/>\nCommunicate any loopholes within NAPSA\u2019s structure, and recommend appropriate solutions, to ensure minimal disruptions to business operations from an unsupportive structure.<br \/>\nMaintain a current knowledge base of ICT audit industry practices to ensure best practices are always considered.<br \/>\nFollow up on audit findings to ensure that Management has implemented the remediation action(s).<br \/>\nBe a team player and embrace the affiliate\u2019s compliance principles as a key component of the audit process.<br \/>\nMinimum Qualifications<br \/>\nGrade 12 Certificate with 5 \u2018O\u2019 levels with credit or better including Mathematics and English.<br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s Degree in ICT related field or relevant equivalent professional qualification.<br \/>\nCertification in ICT or Audit related fields such as (CISA\/CIA\/CISM), added advantage.<br \/>\nMinimum Experience Required<br \/>\nA minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in ICT audit in a reputable commercial\/financial institution.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
