MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT
\nThe Company has a vacant position for a Management Accountant and is now inviting suitably qualified Zambians to apply and be considered for the position.
\nResponsibilities:<\/p>\n
To prepare monthly and quarterly Management Accounts<\/p>\n
To prepare budgetary variance reports (actual against budget) monthly and quarterly<\/p>\n
To ensure customer statements are produced and delivered<\/p>\n
To ensure that outstanding debt is timely and effectively collected<\/p>\n
To ensure monthly Age analysis and Trade receivables report are prepared<\/p>\n
Ensuring that disputed debt or invoices are resolved promptly<\/p>\n
Ensure timely monthly general ledger accounts reconciliation<\/p>\n
Prepare monthly cash-flow forecasts and ensure effective management of cash<\/p>\n
To supervise and motivate subordinate staff<\/p>\n
Prepare debt collection reports<\/p>\n
Inventory Management<\/p>\n
Ensure that the Accounting System is running all the time<\/p>\n
Ensure maintenance of an updated Fixed Assets Register<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Full Grade 12 School Certificate<\/p>\n
Bachelor of Accountancy<\/p>\n
At least 5 years work experience<\/p>\n
Professional membership to ZICA<\/p>\n
