This position will report to the Business Development Manager.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0To drive sales in the area to meet budgeted sales targets<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0To recruit Direct Sales Agents and provide them with support to ensure the achievement of set sales targets, including ensuring appropriate branding of distributor facilities, supply of adequate stocks and training on any new products and services<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Assists Direct Sales Agents with breaking down the targets amongst distributor teams and implement a monitoring system and alignment to ensure all teams understand their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deliver on targets expected<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Builds capacity in distributor sales staff by accompanying them in the trade and providing coaching on sales activities to ensure distributor coverage effectiveness in the area assigned in line with planned targets<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Identifies training needs amongst distributor staff and liaises with Business Development Manager for execution<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Conducts distributor sales reviews on a daily and weekly basis and takes action to align distributor staff and personal sales to targets. Provides updates on distributor performance on a monthly basis to the Business Development Manager<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Monitors distributor Route Profitability and advises measures for improvement<br \/>\nCandidate Requirements<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Grade 12 qualification.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in Sales and Marketing\/ Brand Management in a dynamic and fast moving goods\/services industry.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Basic GSM and Telecommunication Fundamentals.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Must have their own smart phone<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
