Brief Summary<br \/>\nThe Zambia International Trade Fair Trust (ZITFT) is inviting applications from talented, energetic, enthusiastic, suitably qualified, and experienced candidates for the position of Temporal Procurement Officer-Ndola.<br \/>\n2. Key Duties<br \/>\n\u2756 Ensure transparent and compliant procurement processes in line with ZITFT policies and ZPPA regulations.<br \/>\n\u2756 Prepare procurement plans, tender documents, and assist with tender committee activities.<br \/>\n\u2756 Ensure timely sourcing and purchasing of goods and services to support operational needs.<br \/>\n\u2756 Assist in supplier evaluation, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management.<br \/>\n\u2756 Support budget control, cost analysis, and procurement reporting.<br \/>\n\u2756 Maintain accurate procurement, inventory, and supplier records.<br \/>\n\u2756 Promote ethical conduct, zero tolerance to corruption, and adherence to safety standards.<br \/>\n\u2756 Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time<br \/>\n3. Minimum Qualifications and Experience<br \/>\n\u2756 Full Grade 12 (Twelve) Certificate.<br \/>\n\u2756 Diploma or Degree in Purchasing and Supply or any other related discipline.<br \/>\n\u2756 Proven experience in procurement and sourcing techniques.<br \/>\n\u2756 Knowledge of\u00a0ZPPA procurement laws and procedures.<br \/>\n\u2756 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br \/>\n\u2756 Strong attention to detail.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
