The role involves accurate setting-out, control, and verification of structural elements to ensure construction is executed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nSetting out and verification of structural elements during erection of prefab and steel structures<br \/>\nVerticality (plumbness) checks of columns, frames, and structural members<br \/>\nErection and alignment of berms, foundations, and structural grids<br \/>\nAnchor bolt setting-out and base plate verification<br \/>\nAs-built surveys and preparation of survey reports<br \/>\nEstablishment and maintenance of survey control points and benchmarks<br \/>\nContinuous quality checks during erection to prevent misalignment and rework<br \/>\nCoordination with site engineers and erection teams<br \/>\nMinimum Requirements:<br \/>\nMinimum 2 years of site experience in construction or structural surveying<br \/>\nStrong foundation in surveying principles and construction layouts<br \/>\nProven ability to operate Total Station, GPS, laser instruments, and levels<br \/>\nAbility to read and interpret construction and structural drawings<br \/>\nExperience working on active construction or industrial sites<br \/>\nGood understanding of safety practices on site<br \/>\nAdded Advantage:<br \/>\n\u25cf Experience in steel or prefabricated structure erection<br \/>\n\u25cfFamiliarity with verticality surveys and high-precision measurements<br \/>\n\u25cfAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.<br \/>\n\u25cfManual drivers license<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
