ZHECT is committed to delivering high quality health services, social behaviour change interventions, research, and capacity building initiatives aimed at improving the health and well being of communities across Zambia.<br \/>\nWith extensive experience in capacity building, ZHECT specializes in providing Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) and HIV prevention and mitigation services to organizations and communities, primarily within Zambia. The organization also works in areas such as Gender Based Violence (GBV), Cervical Cancer Screening and Linkage Creation, Economic Empowerment etc, with a focus on vulnerable and hard to reach populations.<br \/>\nIn response to a \u2018Request for Proposals (RFP)\u2019, ZHECT is establishing a pool of qualified, dedicated, and passionate professionals in specialized fields. Shortlisted candidates will be selected to support the strengthening of HIV and health systems in Central and Copperbelt Provinces, providing clinical care, targeted technical assistance, and health system support to improve health outcomes.<br \/>\nAVAILABLE POSITIONS, QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS<br \/>\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0SI Officers<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Degree or diploma in statistics, computer science, monitoring and evaluation, social sciences, project management or related field desired<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Minimum 5 years\u2019 relevant work experience<br \/>\n\u00a0RESPONSIBILITIES<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The Clinical Team Lead will oversee the implementation of clinical service delivery, provide technical guidance and support to the team<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The Technical Advisors will provide targeted technical assistance and capacity building to health facilities and stakeholders<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The Health Systems Strengthening Specialist will lead the health systems strengthening component, working closely with the project team to ensure effective implementation<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
