This role offers hands-on experience with e-learning systems, reporting, and user support, while contributing to impactful education projects.<br \/>\nKey Duties:<\/p>\n<p>Install, configure, and manage Moodle platforms<br \/>\nSet up courses, users, and roles<br \/>\nProvide technical support and guidance to users<br \/>\nEnsure system security, backups, and performance<br \/>\nGenerate usage reports and analytics<\/p>\n<p>What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/p>\n<p>Expertise administering an LMS (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, Cornerstone, or similar)<br \/>\nExperience with SCORM\/xAPI or e-learning publishing tools<br \/>\nFamiliarity with accessibility standards (ADA\/WCAG)<br \/>\nExperience supporting K\u201312 educators, education nonprofits, or professional learning environments<br \/>\nAbility to mentor, train, and guide users<br \/>\nStrong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills<br \/>\nExcellent communication, patience, and service mindset<br \/>\nOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to deliver in a fast-paced environment<br \/>\nDiploma or degree in\u00a0ICT, Education Technology, Computer Science, or related field<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
