\nPosition Summary
\nWe are seeking\u00a0two (2) Accounts Interns\u00a0to support the Finance Department at our Ndola office. The successful candidates will gain practical exposure in accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Assist with posting accounting transactions and maintaining accurate records
\nSupport preparation of payment vouchers, invoices, and receipts
\nAssist with bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations
\nSupport payroll data preparation and filing of statutory returns (PAYE, NAPSA, NHIMA)
\nMaintain proper filing of financial documents
\nAssist with month-end and year-end accounting activities
\nPerform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Finance<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements<\/p>\n
Diploma or Degree in\u00a0Accounting, Finance, or related field
\nRecent graduate or student awaiting graduation encouraged to apply
\nBasic knowledge of accounting principles
\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
\nBasic knowledge of accounting systems (e.g., Odoo, Sage, Pastel) is an added advantage
\nGood attention to detail and willingness to learn
\nHigh level of integrity and professionalism<\/p>\n
