Camco Motors Zambia Limited now\u00a0seeks to appoint\u00a0suitably qualified Sales Executives and Marketing Supervisors to be based in\u00a0Lusaka.<br \/>\nPOSITION:\u00a0SALES EXECUTIVE<br \/>\nReporting to:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Sales Manager.<br \/>\nJob Purpose:\u00a0\u00a0Responsible for coordinating\u00a0all aspects of sales efforts for Camco Motors business segment and provide leadership to successfully develop and execute the strategic sales growth strategy.<br \/>\nMain tasks and responsibilities.<br \/>\nl\u00a0Ability to develop an annual sales plan to achieve revenue and profitability objectives<br \/>\nl\u00a0Collaborate with the line Manager in developing yearly sales and marketing budget and strategic plan.<br \/>\nl\u00a0Maintain and expand customer base through innovative methods and new product offerings.<br \/>\nl\u00a0Manage time and resources effectively and balance competing demands to ensure work is completed.<br \/>\nl\u00a0Understand customers\u2019 requirements from a technical and commercial perspective to help the company\u2019s initiatives to enhance sales and position.<br \/>\nl\u00a0Plan and develop sales team meetings to implement sales initiatives, training\u00a0and explain policies.<br \/>\nl\u00a0Attend sales calls with sales team personnel, communicate regularly with customers, and make sales presentations.<br \/>\nl\u00a0Oversee growing sales operations in the market.<br \/>\nl\u00a0Plan and attend marketing events and trade-shows.<br \/>\nPOSITION:\u00a0Marketing Supervisor<br \/>\nReporting to:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Marketing\u00a0Manager.<br \/>\nJob Purpose:\u00a0\u00a0Responsible for coordinating\u00a0all aspects of marketing activities\u00a0for Camco Motors business segment and provide leadership to successfully develop and execute the strategic sales growth strategy.<br \/>\nMain tasks and responsibilities.<br \/>\nl\u00a0End-to-End Event Management: Take full responsibility for planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, on-site execution, post-event review of various marketing activities for the automotive brand (e.g., new car launches, customer test drive events, media communication sessions).<br \/>\nl\u00a0Performance Monitoring and Accountability: Establish a clear, measurable event evaluation system and be directly accountable for the quantity and quality of sales leads ultimately generated by the events.<br \/>\nl\u00a0Project Management: Apply professional project management methodologies to conduct detailed task breakdowns for complex events. Strictly control timelines, resource allocation, and overall progress to ensure efficient, error-free execution.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\nl\u00a0Diploma\u00a0or\u00a0BA \/ BSc in Business Management, Marketing or a related\u00a0field from a recognized institution.<br \/>\nl\u00a0Advanced customer service skills<br \/>\nl\u00a0At least 3\u00a0years working experience in motors industry.<br \/>\nl\u00a0Able to work independently \/ under minimum supervision.<br \/>\nl\u00a0Soft Skills and Personality traits: Should possess good compression ability, enthusiasm and hard working.
