\nPosition Summary
\nWe are seeking\u00a0two motivated and results-driven Sales Persons\u00a0to promote and sell solar products, expand market presence, and build strong customer relationships. The role is performance-based, combining a\u00a0monthly retainer\u00a0with\u00a0attractive sales commissions.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Promote and sell solar products (home systems, inverters, panels, batteries, accessories)
\nIdentify and develop new customers and distribution channels
\nConduct product demonstrations and client education
\nPrepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on payments
\nAchieve and exceed monthly sales targets
\nMaintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports
\nProvide after-sales support and handle basic customer queries
\nRepresent the company professionally in the market<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
Grade 12 Certificate (Diploma in Sales\/Marketing is an advantage)
\nAt least\u00a01\u20132 years\u2019 experience\u00a0in sales (solar, electrical, or FMCG is an advantage)
\nStrong communication and negotiation skills
\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision
\nBasic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, email<\/p>\n
