\nRole Summary
\nWe are seeking a\u00a0Business Development Officer\u00a0to drive sales growth, expand market presence, build partnerships, and identify new opportunities for solar products and solutions.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Identify and pursue new business and sales opportunities
\nBuild and maintain relationships with corporate, institutional, and retail clients
\nDevelop sales strategies and market expansion plans
\nPrepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads
\nConduct market research and competitor analysis
\nMeet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
\nRepresent the company in meetings and field engagements<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Requirements<\/p>\n
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
\nMinimum of\u00a02\u20133 years\u2019 experience\u00a0in sales or business development
\nExperience in solar, energy, or FMCG sales is an added advantage
\nStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
\nSelf-driven with ability to work independently<\/p>\n
Remuneration
\nThis position is\u00a0paid on a retainer plus commission, based on performance.
