We Are Hiring: POS Auditor
\n \u00a0Location:\u00a0Lusaka, Zambia

\nWe are seeking a\u00a0detail-oriented and highly analytical POS Auditor\u00a0to strengthen control, compliance, and operational efficiency across our Points of Sale. This role is ideal for a professional with strong auditing, reconciliation, and field operations experience who is comfortable working across multiple locations.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Conduct routine\u00a0stock and asset audits\u00a0across POS locations, ensuring accurate reconciliations, FEFO compliance, and proper storage conditions
\nReconcile\u00a0invoices, transfers, returns, petty cash, cashboxes, and bank deposits\u00a0during site visits
\nVerify cash collections against deposits and payment confirmations
\nInspect POS systems, software, and hardware, and report any technical issues
\nVisit\u00a0commercial farms, clients, and agents\u00a0to verify balances, transactions, and Statements of Account (SOAs)
\nMaintain a customer visit fact book, including sales history and negotiation outcomes
\nEnsure compliance with\u00a0internal policies and ZRA invoicing requirements
\nPrepare detailed audit and visit reports covering stock status, financial controls, staff performance, and customer feedback
\nCoordinate logistics with transporters, including monitoring loading\/offloading payments
\nSupport training of POS staff and collaborate with billing operators, cashiers, storekeepers, and transporters
\nFollow up on corrective actions and implement process improvement recommendations<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in\u00a0Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field
\n3\u20135 years\u2019 experience\u00a0in POS audit, operations supervision, or field sales support
\nStrong skills in\u00a0financial reconciliation, reporting, and Microsoft Excel
\nFamiliarity with POS systems and billing software
\nAbility to work independently, travel regularly, and manage multiple sites<\/p>\n
