You will be responsible for leading software projects end to end, ensuring that business objectives are translated into high quality, well delivered technical solutions.<br \/>\nWhat You Will Do<br \/>\n\u2022 Lead the full software development life cycle, from discovery and planning through to deployment and post launch support<br \/>\n\u2022 Act as the bridge between technical teams and non technical stakeholders<br \/>\n\u2022 Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand ups, and retrospectives<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage backlogs and delivery using tools such as Jira<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinate cross functional teams to meet timelines and milestones<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify risks early and provide clear mitigation plans<br \/>\n\u2022 Track delivery metrics such as velocity, burn down, and quality indicators<br \/>\nWhat We Are Looking For<br \/>\n\u2022 Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong technical understanding of cloud architecture (AWS), APIs, microservices, and DevOps pipelines<br \/>\n\u2022 At least five years experience managing software projects in an Agile or Scrum environment<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present clearly to senior leadership<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience using Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Slack, or Microsoft Teams<br \/>\nPreferred (But Not Mandatory)<br \/>\n\u2022 PMP certification<br \/>\n\u2022 Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)<br \/>\n\u2022 AWS cloud certification<br \/>\nCompensation<br \/>\nWe offer competitive compensation based on experience, technical depth, and leadership capability.
