The successful candidates will play a critical role in safeguarding premises, assets and personnel while upholding the company\u2019s values of professionalism, integrity and excellence.<br \/>\nResponsibility<br \/>\n\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Monitor and secure the premises through regular checks and observation.<br \/>\n\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Control access and verify identification of staff, visitors and vehicles at the premises.<br \/>\n\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Maintain accurate occurrence books (OB) and incident reports.<br \/>\n\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Respond to alarms, emergencies and security branches swiftly and effectively.<br \/>\n\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Provide customer service by assisting clients, staff and visitors where needed.<br \/>\n\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Work collaboratively with team members and report directly to the Admin Assistant.<br \/>\nQualifications and requirements<br \/>\n\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Both male and female candidates (are encouraged to participate)<br \/>\n\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Must be physically fit and medically cleared for duty.<br \/>\nMinimum Grade 12 certificate.<br \/>\n\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Valid NRC and registered mobile phone for communication.<br \/>\n\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Strong observation, communication and reporting skills.<br \/>\n\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Must have the ability to read and write properly.<br \/>\n\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ability to work weekend and holidays shifts.<br \/>\n\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Any other certificates or trainings will be an added advantage.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
