\nDoctor Food Vitality Limited was incorporated in 2025 and is headquartered in Chongwe, with an operational branch at the Chinika site in Lusaka. The company is preparing to launch DLife Pure Mineral Water, a proudly Zambian bottled and pouch water brand dedicated to providing safe, refreshing, and locally sourced drinking water.
\nDLife Purified Water is a growing water production initiative committed to delivering high-quality drinking water through modern purification technologies, including Reverse Osmosis (RO), UV disinfection, and ozonation. Our production operations are based in Lusaka and Palabana, ensuring consistent quality and compliance with recognized water safety standards.
\nPosition Summary
\nWe are seeking an experienced and hands-on Lead Plant Operator to manage the daily operation of our water treatment and packaging plant. The ideal candidate must have proven experience operating RO systems, water pouch packaging machines, and basic water quality control testing.
\nThis role is critical to ensuring safe water production, consistent quality, and efficient plant performance.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Operate and monitor\u00a0Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment systems
\nManage\u00a0pre-treatment filters, RO membranes, UV and ozone systems
\nOperate and supervise\u00a0water pouch filling & sealing machines
\nConduct\u00a0daily water quality tests\u00a0(pH, TDS, turbidity, chlorine where applicable)
\nMaintain\u00a0daily production, quality, and maintenance logs
\nPerform\u00a0routine maintenance, backwashing, flushing, and basic troubleshooting
\nEnsure compliance with\u00a0hygiene, safety, and quality standards
\nReport faults, leaks, or abnormalities promptly to management
\nSupervise junior operators or helpers if assigned<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
3+ years experience\u00a0operating\u00a0RO water treatment plants
\nHands-on experience with\u00a0water pouch packaging machines
\nKnowledge of\u00a0basic water quality testing and record keeping
\nUnderstanding of\u00a0plant hygiene and safety practices
\nAbility to work independently, responsibly while staying attached to Team work.
\nWillingness to work in\u00a0Lusaka or Palabana<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n
Technical certificate or diploma in\u00a0Water Treatment, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Operations
\nExperience in\u00a0bottled or sachet water production
\nFamiliarity with\u00a0UV, ozone, and chemical dosing systems<\/p>\n
