\nPurpose
\nTo ensure full accountability for all items under his\/her responsibility and maintain highest possible standard of housekeeping and safety in compliance with company safety rules and standards. Will also provide excellent support services to end users as well as providing an efficient and effective service to both internal and external customers

\nKey Responsibilities
\nThis position will be required to adhere to all relevant requirements, policies, procedures and legal regulations pertaining to health, safety, environment and quality, as well as finance, human resources, and any other regulations as required by the company and relevant to the level of the role and responsibilities of the function.<\/p>\n
Ensuring the receiving of the right quality and correct quantity of items in accordance with order specifications and area SOP
\nCarrying out stock takes and bin maintenance in order to ensure stock accuracy and correct bin locations
\nPhysical inspection of items received
\nEnsure that correct documentation accompanies items received.
\nUpdating and publishing the goods inward report
\nGenerating and updating of the IR report and sending to suppliers.
\nLiaising with suppliers and coordinating returns.
\nLiaising with accounts on invoice queries.
\nMaintaining and keeping record of receipt documentation.
\nUpdating and Maintaining Bin location in ERP
\nProper management of Stock from Binning to Dispatching
\nEnsuring that relevant and accurate documentation is maintained and properly filed for all transactions processed
\nFollow up on all stock issued on manual documentation during machine down.
\nEnsure all issue documentation is signed off and accurate records are maintained
\nInspection and verification of all Returned stock
\nPre-Picking of Stock for Planned Maintenance tasks
\nAccurate issuance of stock to the end user
\nCare of Warehouse Equipment include Forklifts, Pallet Jacks and Stacker
\nMaintain a safe and clean environment.
\nAdhere to health and safety regulations.
\nAny other reasonable tasks as may be delegated upon by the supervisor<\/p>\n

\nQualifications<\/p>\n
Grade 12 Certificate
\nCIPS Advanced Certificate (Level 3) or equivalent (minimum)
\nCertificate in a Mechanical \/ Business course minimum
\nMember of ZIPS<\/p>\n
\u00a0
\nExperience<\/p>\n
At least 2 years\u2019 experience in a similar position
\nHigh level of self-motivation and capacity for initiative
\nGood communication and organizational skills
\nAble to operate Diesel folk lift\/Electric folk lift added advantage<\/p>\n
Knowledge of basic health and Safety<\/p>\n
