The ideal candidates will be passionate about technology, skilled at building lasting client relationships, and motivated to deliver value through innovative solutions.<br \/>\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<br \/>\n~Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through direct sales channels.<br \/>\n~Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.<br \/>\n~Represent leading OEM vendors including Dell, HP, Cisco, Microsoft, Sage ERP, VMware, Symantec, Avaya, Veeam, NetApp, Oracle, EATON, and APC.<br \/>\n~Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in line with customer requirements.<br \/>\n~Play a key role in business pitches and ensure successful onboarding of new clients.<br \/>\n~Achieve or exceed set sales targets and KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.<br \/>\n~Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments to coordinate the delivery of products and services.<br \/>\n~Conduct regular client meetings to review account performance, identify new needs, and propose appropriate ICT solutions.<br \/>\n~Stay current with market trends, competitor activities, and OEM updates to maintain a competitive edge.<br \/>\n~Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.<br \/>\nQualifications:<br \/>\nEducation: Bachelor\u2019s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or related field.<br \/>\nExperience:<br \/>\nMinimum of 3 years in a sales or pre-sales role in the ICT, FMCGC or Financial industry.<br \/>\nProven experience selling servers, storage, and cyber security solutions to corporate clients.<br \/>\nIndustry Knowledge:<br \/>\nStrong understanding of the ICT landscape, with technical familiarity in:<br \/>\no Servers (HPE, Dell, Lenovo)<br \/>\no Storage (NetApp, Dell EMC, HPE)<br \/>\no Cyber Security (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sophos)<br \/>\nSkills and Competencies:<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong account management and client relationship skills.<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.<br \/>\n\u2022 Self-motivated, ambitious, and results driven.<br \/>\n\u2022 Focused, accountable, responsible, and dedicated to delivering results.<br \/>\n\u2022 Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
