Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Welcome guests warmly and professionally.<br \/>\nManage check-in and check-out procedures.<br \/>\nHandle phone calls, guest inquiries, and reservations.<br \/>\nMaintain accurate guest records and lodge registers.<br \/>\nCoordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest comfort.<br \/>\nReceive payments, issue receipts, and maintain cash records.<br \/>\nProvide information about lodge services, local attractions, and transport.<br \/>\nEnsure the reception area is clean, presentable, and organized.<br \/>\nReport any issues or emergencies to management promptly.<br \/>\nMaintain confidentiality and uphold lodge policies.<\/p>\n<p>Required Qualifications and Skills:<\/p>\n<p>Grade 12 certificate (completed 2023\u20132025).<br \/>\nMust reside in Chipata.<br \/>\nGood communication and customer-service skills.<br \/>\nBasic computer or smartphone literacy (email, WhatsApp, basic typing).<br \/>\nAbility to speak English and at least one local language.<br \/>\nPolite, neat, and well-presented.<br \/>\nHonest, punctual, and reliable<\/p>\n<p>Working Hours:<\/p>\n<p>Shift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
