Unlike general sales, this role requires a consultative approach to help organizations solve performance gaps through educational products like leadership workshops, technical certifications, or soft skills programs.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Lead Generation &amp; Prospecting:\u00a0Proactively identify and contact potential corporate clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.<\/p>\n<p>Consultative Selling:\u00a0Meet with decision-makers (CEOs, HR Directors, and Learning &amp; Development Managers) to diagnose organizational needs and propose tailored training solutions.<br \/>\nRelationship Management:\u00a0Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to identify renewal or upsell opportunities and ensure high satisfaction.<br \/>\nContract Negotiation:\u00a0Manage the full sales cycle, including presenting proposals, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing formal agreements.<br \/>\nCRM &amp; Reporting:\u00a0Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to provide regular revenue forecasts to management.<br \/>\nMarket Research:\u00a0Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging corporate training needs to effectively position the company\u2019s services.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>Education:\u00a0A\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree\u00a0in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is typically preferred.<br \/>\nExperience:\u00a0\u00a02\u20135 years\u00a0of experience in B2B sales, corporate account management, or educational sales.<br \/>\nSkills:<br \/>\nConsultative Sales:\u00a0Ability to listen deeply and align services with complex client problems.<br \/>\nNegotiation:\u00a0Strong ability to handle objections and secure favorable terms.<br \/>\nCommunication:\u00a0Exceptional verbal and written skills for high-level presentations.<br \/>\nSelf-Motivation:\u00a0A results-driven mindset with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.<br \/>\nCertification:\u00a0Professional sales certifications (e.g.,\u00a0Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP)) or training-related credentials are often considered a plus.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
